1. The items are returned sealed and unopened.
2. The items are returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
3. The items are NOT probiotics (Sorry, we are unable to refund items that are required to ship cold).
4. The items arrive back to us intact (i.e. if you ship back 3 small glass bottles in a cardboard box with no packing material then they are probably going to break on the way and we will be unable to give you a refund).
